The iBall Aasaan is an entry level phone with simple features. The phone doesn’t have any high end features found in mobile phone. However, it rightly serves as a device intended for communication. Design

The iBall Aasaan has a 1.65 inch mono color Amber display. The keys in the alphanumeric keypad have extremely big fonts. This is to help senior citizens read the fonts easily. The keys are also extra-large in shape and they are well spaced. This makes typing easy even for people with poor eyesight. The phone also has a flashlight with dedicated button for easy access during emergency situations.

The iBall Aasaan doesn’t have a camera or any other supporting features. However, it does many useful features that appeal to elderly people. Wireless FM is one such feature in the phone. Users can also access their favorite stations with the help of a headset. The phone can store up to 500 contact numbers and 200 text messages. The battery offers 3.5 hours of talk time and 250 hours of standby time.

The most distinguishable feature in the iBall Aasaan is the SOS button. It is a slider button located at the rear side of the phone. Users can opt for this feature during an emergency. When activated, the phone emits a siren sound to alert nearby people. Additionally, it also sends automatic text message to 5 predefined numbers. After sending the messages, the phone automatically calls the 5 numbers one by one until answered. This is a useful feature for senior citizens and physically challenged people.
