1. Do I need to sign up a group of people to purchase a deal?
No, you do not have to. Just give us your email ID and the name of your city and
the world of Sulekha Deals will open up for you. Browse through and find the deal
of your choice, go through the Fine Print and Description tabs and click on the
buy button to enjoy the best deals in your city! It is actually that simple!
2. Do I need to use the deal on the same day I had purchased it?
No, different offers have different expiry dates. The Fine-print contains the coupon’s
expiry details. Go through them well and use the coupon before the said date of
expiry.
3. I bought a Sulekha Deal; now how do I use it?
Once you buy a deal, you will receive a coupon code via Email. You can
take a print of the email and show it to the merchant and avail the deal.

4. Do I need to register to purchase an deal?
Yes. You need to register with Sulekha Deals in order to enjoy deep discounts in
your city. Registration on Sulekha Deals is quick and free.
5. Can I buy an deal as a gift?
Yes, unless mentioned otherwise under the Fine Print. However, do remember that
each coupon is valid for a set of services. Individuals redeeming gift coupons must
produce the Email coupon code at the merchant premises.
6. Can I use half the value of the deal now and redeem the rest of it in the second visit?
No. A coupon is for single use only; any unredeemed value in the coupon will expire
on first presentation.
7. Can I combine a Sulekha offer with other deals?
No. You cannot club multiple offers on Sulekha Deals. However, bundling of merchant
offers is solely at the discretion of the merchant, and is subject to the merchant's
terms and conditions.
8. How safe is Sulekha?
Transactions on Sulekha Deals are extremely safe. Rest assured, we do not share
your email ID, mobile number or your payment details with third parties. We use
the best-in-class security standards for all transactions. We use SSL data encryption,
which protects the information against unauthorized individuals.
9. What happens if my Deal expires?
As per the terms of each deal, we strongly recommend that you use the coupon before
the stipulated expiry date. The transaction is void if the coupon is not claimed
within the expiry date. Neither Sulekha nor the merchant establishment are responsible
for any claims arising out of unused coupons.

16. Can I buy more than 1 deal?
Yes, you can. However you must redeem them within the expiry date.
17. I have made my payment but haven't got my coupon yet?
Please call us at 1-800-3000-1515 and we will be happy to help you out.
18. Do I need to print my coupon?
You can redeem your coupon at the merchant establishment by presenting a printout of the coupon.
19. Will it include tax on all deals?
Please read through the fine-print of the offer to know if the offer price is inclusive
of taxes; it could change from deal to deal.
20. How can I buy at Sulekha Deals
Find the deal of your choice. Go through the deal and fine print and click buy.
Pay the amount as per the deal and pay the rest to the merchant directly while redeeming
the coupon.
21. I don’t have a credit card / debit card. Can I still buy?
Besides payment through Credit and Debit cards, we have also provisioned the facility
to pay through net-banking for your convenience; we will shortly also provide Cash-on-Delivery
as an option.
